FRESH FOOD

In addition to our specialty coffee and drink selections, we are proud to offer a variety of healthy food options for breakfast, lunch, or a mid-day snack.


MADE DAILY IN-HOUSE, A ROTATING SELECTION OF:

• Hot oatmeal topped with dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, and freshly steamed milk

• Chia pudding or Greek yogurt cup topped with fresh fruit and granola

• Breakfast sandwiches, bagels, croissants, and wraps with eggs, vegetables, and house-made spreads

• A variety of fresh wraps and sandwiches stuffed with vegetables, chicken, turkey, or ham

• Grilled paninis with house-made spreads and creative flavour combinations

• Soup is served during lunch hours – get it before it sells out!

Two Leaves Organic Earl Grey Tea steeped before sweetening with Vanilla syrup and topped with freshly steamed milk and a light layer of microfoam


CAMPBELL RIVER FOG

A tea created by Stonehouse teas with flavours inspired by where we live lightly sweetened with salted caramel and topped with freshly steamed milk and a light layer of micro foam


APPLE CIDER

Steamed apple juice with cinnamon syrup


HOT CHOCOLATE

Dark chocolate sauce with freshly steamed milk and topped with vanilla or chocolate whipped cream

Espresso with almost equal parts steamed milk, similar to a Cortado or Cafe Au Lait

Espresso with a small topping of microfoam, much like a traditional Espresso Macchiato


PICCOLO

A single ristretto espresso shot in a demitasse cup topped with freshly steamed milk to make a tiny tasty little latte


ESPRESSO CON PANNA

Espresso topped with your choice of vanilla, chocolate, or caramel espresso whip


ESPRESSO AFFOGATO

Espresso poured over vanilla ice cream


ISLAND GRIND COLD BREW

We use single-origin coffee to make our cold brew; a neat process that takes 8-12 hours and then keeps for up to 3 weeks in the fridge. It is a cold coffee product with high caffeine concentration but zero-to-little acidity. Served in house or take home bottles. Ask our knowledgable baristas for drink or cocktail recipes to make at home!

We are proud to offer Discovery Coffee from Victoria, BC.  We brew a medium and a dark roast daily and feature their espresso on our bar.  You’re sure to fall in love with their coffee – and we have beans for purchase so you can brew at home too!

We take pride in our craft. All of our baristas are trained to The Island Grind standard before they brew your drinks!
